Dr Haley Hunt
Dr Haley is excited to be joining the Little Mountain Chiropractic team in 2024.
Haley discovered chiropractic early in life when her younger brother became seriously ill. Medical doctors were only treating his symptoms so her family found a local chiropractor who was able to find the root of his problem and ultimately a full recovery. This sparked Dr Haley's interest in becoming a chiropractor herself and fuels her passion for helping others.
Originally from the US, Haley attended Northwestern Health Sciences University where she obtained her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. She made the leap to practice in New Zealand after graduation and has since sought out additional training in SOT and Activator to complement her manual adjusting techniques. Haley and her husband, Ricardo, have now settled in Australia and are looking forward to making Sunshine Coast home.
Outside of the office, Dr Haley enjoys a wide range of activities from crafting to racing motorsport. She is an avid hiker and enjoys traveling, especially if it involves discovering a delicious new cafe.
She is excited to join the Chiropractic team at Little Mountain Chiropractic to provide natural health support through Chiropractic for members of the local Caloundra community. Haley is a registered chiropractic provider for most health funds, including being a preferred provider with BUPA and Medibank. She is also registered for Medicare EPC plans with GP referrals and DVA Chiropractic referrals.
